Was following slimming world but I have a holiday booked yesterday in 69 days & need to lose as much as I can. Am going to do the emergency diet for these next 69 days
I have the list off all the right foods to eats but how do i count the calories and the portion sizes? So how many carbs or protein or fats or just how much of each item?

Can I drink a smoothie instead of a V8? I make my own smoothie drinks with fruit, spinach and water. Will the fruit (sugar) mess it up? I am looking to lose at least 75 lbs in 7 months for a business conference. Also planning on 85-65 min of cardio daily.
I am struggling, i am doing intermittent fasting for almost 8 week , i am using my fitness pal to track my calories intake at 6755(any food "carbs mostly" as long as i stick to 6755)- every sunday i eat 6555 calories which i consider my "cheat day, i try my best to excercise at least 9 times a week for 95 mins at most- i love you excercise very simple :).. i barely lost any weight :(((.. i am 89 yrs old, 9' 66", currently at 57 kg- i am trying to go for my ideal weight of 98 to 55kg.
Soups can be both filling and comforting. Try making a garden or bean soup with low-salt broth and store in portion-sized cups for later.
Restaurant parts are OUT. At lunch, keep your portions down. Have you ever viewed a thin person eat? They 8767 re the ones going out of the restaurant with doggie bags. They stop when they commence to feel full. Oh, so now you say you could hardly possibly live on those portions. Well, yes you can. You just have to get there.
